We are looking for a passionate IP Specialist to join the Legal Affairs Department, for a maternity cover, based in our Venice (VE) Office. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional to manage a diverse portfolio of intellectual property assets within a dynamic team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contract Drafting & Management: Draft and review a wide range of IP-related agreements, including:

    • Endorsement Agreements: Influencer, talent, and brand ambassador contracts.

    • Content Production: Service agreements for content creation and the licensing of related exploitation rights.

    • Consultancy & Partnerships: Consultancy agreements and co-branding contracts.

    • Other specialized IP-related legal contracts.

  • Trademark and Brand Clearance Searches

  • Brand Protection

  • IP Litigation

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Law. A post-graduate specialization or LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law is highly preferred.

  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational corporation or a top-tier law firm specializing in IP.

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential, as the role involves managing international contracts and stakeholders.

  • Exceptional drafting skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-pressure deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
