Stiamo cercando una figura Consultant/Senior Consultant da inserire nel team Major Programmes di Deloitte Human Capital per le sedi di Milano e Roma, che lavorerà in modalità Hybrid.

In un contesto in continua evoluzione in cui tecnologie e necessità cambiano velocemente, la Practice offre soluzioni innovative per coordinare progettualità e stakeholder, interni ed esterni, delle organizzazioni garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati.
Your Role
La risorsa Experienced verrà inserita in un team di lavoro e si occuperà di:
- Gestione e coordinamento delle risorse più junior, in termini di definizione delle tempistiche, utilizzo di specifici tool, controllo di qualità della delivery;
- Definizione delle metodologie ed approcci innovativi per la pianificazione e il monitoraggio delle iniziative in termini di Project Management e/o Program Management;
- Realizzazione e monitoraggio delle attività attraverso SAL periodici, sia interni che esterni, con i principali stakeholder; gestione e controllo della qualità della delivery progettuale;
- Definizione di attività di analisi del flusso documentale di progetto in termini di data entry e archiviazione; organizzazione delle attività di reportistica e analisi dei KPI in termini di Risk Management e Quality Management.
Winning Requirements
- Esperienza consolidata di 2-5 anni in attività di Program Governance & PMO;
- Gradito il conseguimento di un Master/specializzazione in Project Management o il conseguimento di certificazioni in Project Management (PMP, Prince 2, PM2);
- Ottima conoscenza del Suite Microsoft Office e preferibile buona conoscenza di strumenti di monitoraggio (es. Microsoft Project);
- Propensione al Continuous Improvement, Risk Management e problem solving;
- Ottime doti di leadership, gestione risorse e predisposizione al lavoro in team.
