We are searching for a young and brilliant Commercial Excellence Specialist with a strong academic background and a brief but solid previous experience in a similar role to join our Sales Department.

The ideal candidate is a team builder, proactive, flexible and open-minded, with an energetic and result-oriented attitude, highly motivated to contribute to the growth and to grow with our Company in Italy.

The new colleague will have the opportunity to manage a wide range of activities in the Commercial Area, with primarily focus on the quantitative ones and on the analytics of the Sales Department of a rapidly developing Company with a strong product pipeline across multiple therapeutic areas.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate and provide assessment for additional business opportunities in areas correlated to Company main business areas;
  • Manage CRM tool, implementing it to full potential and becoming the Company expert in the area;
  • Collect, analyze and cross-reference multiple internal and external data sources, to create complete maps of target physicians, accounts and potentials, in order to provide recommendations on strategic actions;
  • Collect, analyze and cross-reference multiple internal and external data sources, to create sales forecasts per product per region and define targets;
  • Suggest, based on knowledge of local environment, actions/projects to support development of sales, in accordance with the law and health system sustainability;
  • Manage the implementation either as a leader or a support function of all commercial, market access, marketing, public affairs or patient advocacy special projects, in alignment with commercial lead and functional responsible assigned;
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing functions to successfully implement and manage all Go-To-Market activities related to commercial execution;
  • Ensure all strategies and tactics comply with all internal/external regulations and standards:
  • Support the development of annual brand plans through cross-functional collaboration and provision of market insights;
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and competitive advantage;
  • Ensure legal compliance to all applicable local rules and regulations, in alignment with applicable law and Company Code of Conduct;
  • Appropriately report all activities done when on field trips, including personal interactions, materials distribution, expenses incurred;

Essential requirements:

  • Scientific, Economics or Engineering Master's Degree;
  • Deep knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Veeva;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Experience in forecast and targets definition, data analysis, project management;
  • Good knowledge of local regulatory, medical and compliance processes;
  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial excellence functions;
  • Previous experience in consulting firm or pharma company;
