Job Purpose:

The After Sales Service Engineer is responsible for optimal performance and customer satisfaction by providing technical support, maintenance, and repair services for Liugong construction machinery. This role involves diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues, conducting field service visits, and training customers/operators to maximize equipment uptime and lifespan.

Job Responsibilities:

Technical Troubleshooting & Repairs

  1. Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on construction equipment (excavators, loaders, bulldozers, motor grader, skid steer loader, roller, etc.).
  2. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic system failures using Liugong OEM software
  3. Provide remote or on-site support to minimize downtime for customers.

Field Service & Customer Support

  1. Conduct scheduled service visits, inspections, and emergency repairs at customer sites.
  2. Advise customers on proper equipment operation, maintenance schedules, and spare parts management.
  3. Document service reports, including root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.

Warranty & Spare Parts Coordination

  1. Validate warranty claims and liaise with manufacturers for approvals.
  2. Recommend genuine spare parts and assist in parts ordering/logistics.

Training & Knowledge Transfer

  1. Train customers and operators in safe equipment use and basic troubleshooting.
  2. Stay updated on new product technologies and service manuals.
  3. Support new product launch plans, product testing, and customer demo.

Compliance & Safety

  1. Follow Liugong OEM guidelines and local safety regulations during repairs

Requirement:

  1. Can speak English and Italian
  2. At least 3 years related working experience
  3. Majoring in Engineering/Construction machinery or relative majors
  4. Good Team work player
  5. Customer focus and could react fast
