Product Manager
che guiderà l'evoluzione del prodotto, contribuendo al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di business e all'espansione della quota di mercato.

Responsabilità principali

  • Gestione end-to-end del ciclo di vita del prodotto PRO-Q: dalla strategia alla delivery.
  • Analisi dei bisogni dei clienti e del mercato, in collaborazione con i team Marketing e Sales.
  • Benchmark competitivo e definizione del posizionamento del prodotto.
  • Sviluppo della roadmap evolutiva del prodotto, con proposte di nuovi moduli e servizi.
  • Definizione delle strategie di pricing, go-to-market e previsione dei volumi di vendita.
  • Collaborazione con le funzioni aziendali per la pianificazione e il lancio di nuove funzionalità.
  • Supporto alle attività di pre-sales, incluse presentazioni e demo del prodotto a clienti strategici, in sinergia con il team commerciale.
  • Monitoraggio delle performance del prodotto e reporting alla Direzione Generale.
  • Partecipazione attiva a eventi di settore, anche come speaker.

Requisiti

  • Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria, Giurisprudenza o equivalente.
  • Esperienza consolidata in ambito Product Management, preferibilmente su soluzioni SaaS B2B.
  • Conoscenza dei processi di Supply Chain Management e Procurement, sia in ambito privato che pubblico.
  • Familiarità con il Codice degli Appalt

    (D.Lgs. 50/2016 e successive modifiche).
  • Capacità di definire e implementare strategie di prodotto e roadmap.
  • Ottime doti analitiche, organizzative e di leadership.
  • Orientamento al cliente, capacità di ascolto e comunicazione efficace con stakeholder di diversi livelli.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2 o superiore).
  • Disponibilità a trasferte nazionali e internazionali.

La risorsa sarà inquadrata al CCNL Terziario, al livello contrattuale e retributivo commisurato alle iniziali capacità.
