Sales Area Manager Central Europe, Turkey and Egypt
Mission
The successful candidate will have territory responsibility over the
Central Europe, Turkey and Egypt
by managing our existing dealer network and by looking for new business opportunities. This position reports directly to the Business Line Manager Equipment, but also refers to the Business Line Manager Service.

Your role

Job Description

  • Achieve ambitious sales targets in the area under your responsibility.
  • Prospect, appoint, and develop new dealers to increase market coverage.
  • Maintain regular contact and further develop existing dealers.
  • Maintain a solid pipeline of prospect dealers.
  • Participate on customer visits with distributor representatives to give support in the sales and aftermarket process.
  • Continuous challenge dealers to increase dealer share and explore new opportunities.
  • Organize regional sales training in coordination with the rest organization.
  • Monitor and report the development of the market, sales, associated products and competition.
  • Initiate and track the performance of special activities and campaigns.
  • Maintain the regular reporting of sales activities.
  • Support the Credit Controller in the actions of reminder and credit recovery.
  • Communicate price lists and price changes to customers.
  • Defines prices to customers within its delegation limits.
  • Informs the company about any technical problems that may arise in the products.
  • Support the development of Gas Generation Business.

To succeed, you will need

Experience Requirements

  • Sales experience with technical products.
  • Know-how about industry environment.
  • Solid experience in managing distributor channels and developing long term relations.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering sales training to distributor staff.
  • Experience in sales territory management.
  • Experience on developing new channels and markets.
  • Experience in compressed air technology or related products will be an asset.

Knowledge

  • Fluent in English (Arabic or French will be a plus)
  • Strong IT skills with MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Driving license.

Educational Requirements

  • Technical degree or equivalent experience in working life (Engineering or any Technical Degree is a plus).

  • Have excellent negotiation and communication skills (listening, influencing, persuading).
  • Hunting profile to develop new business.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality in daily operation.
  • Competent and self- confident; ability to maintain effectiveness.
  • Open for new experiences, with strong sense responsibility, and accountability
  • Ability to work remotely and independent.
  • Ability to travel to the Sales Region for at least 50% of effective working time.
