Overview of the Role

We are seeking a 
People & Organization Analyst
 starting in February 2026.

The intern's primary role will be to support the 
People & Organization function
 in managing and developing HR initiatives aimed at strengthening arKap & Co's internal culture, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

The role will focus on 
recruiting, people engagement, learning & development, and internal communication
 - contributing to the creation of an inspiring and high-performing work environment.

You will play an active role in building a cohesive culture, supporting HR processes, and driving initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the 
    recruitment process
     (job posting, screening, interview coordination, onboarding)
  • Assist in the 
    design and delivery of learning & development programs
  • Contribute to 
    employee engagement
     initiatives and internal culture projects
  • Support in the 
    definition and tracking of HR metrics
     (performance, retention, satisfaction)
  • Help manage 
    internal communication
     and people-related updates across teams
  • Conduct 
    benchmarking and research
     on HR trends, organizational models, and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in 
    Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
     (or close to completion)
  • Strong 
    interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Interest in 
    HR, people development, and organizational behavior
  • Analytical mindset with 
    attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent knowledge of the 
    MS Office 365 suite
     (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in both English and Italian
     (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
  • Availability to work on-site
