Newtech, società di servizi e consulenza operante nell'ICT, è alla ricerca di una risorsa con competenze trasversali, da inquadrare nel ruolo di Operations & Maintenance Engineer e da inserire all'interno di un team dedicato alla gestione di sistemi prepagati di un importante cliente. Le attività previste dal ruolo sono le seguenti:

  • Monitoraggio e manutenzione dei sistemi applicativi e dell'infrastruttura IT.
  • Analisi e risoluzione di anomalie su software, database e sistemi Linux/Unix.
  • Supporto all'integrazione tra applicazioni business-critical (BSS o equivalenti) e infrastruttura IT.
  • Esecuzione di controlli periodici, verifiche di consistenza dati e riconciliazione dei flussi.
  • Gestione di patch, aggiornamenti e deploy applicativi.
  • Collaborazione con team di rete, database e supporto applicativo per risolvere problematiche complesse.
  • Redazione e aggiornamento di documentazione tecnica e procedure operative.
  • Supporto durante finestre di rilascio e attività pianificate, con disponibilità a turni o reperibilità.

Requisiti tecnici:

  • Diploma o Laurea in area ICT.
  • Competenza ed esperienza di lavoro su sistemi Linux.
  • Competenze base in ambito networking.
  • Buona conoscenza di database relazionali e del linguaggio SQL.
  • Conoscenza di almeno uno o più linguaggi di programmazione.
  • Capacità di monitoraggio log, troubleshooting e gestione dei processi applicativi.
  • Buon approccio al problem solving.
  • Capacità di comunicare efficacemente in lingua inglese scritta e parlata.
