Senior PMO – Investment Data

Within the Global Investment Management (GIM) function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the Investment Data and Reporting function, supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring effective coordination across ongoing projects and BAU activities.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

• Supporting the planning, governance and monitoring of strategic projects related to investment data and data warehouse developments
• Preparing and maintaining project plans, milestones, timelines and progress reports, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and project objectives
• Coordinating BAU activities by setting operational calendars, defining priorities and ensuring smooth execution across ongoing initiatives
• Organizing, leading and documenting follow-up meetings, ensuring clear tracking of actions, risks, dependencies and next steps
• Managing and monitoring CAPEX budgets for investment data warehouse evolutions, including forecast updates and financial reporting
• Acting as a point of contact across IT, Data Management, Investment Office and other relevant teams to support alignment and effective communication
• Preparing documentation, dashboards and presentations to support decision-making and project governance committees

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Management, Computer Science or a related quantitative field
• At least 7 years of experience in project management/PMO or data initiatives within financial services providing PMO support (Waterfall/Agile), including planning, tracking and KPI monitoring
• At least 5 years of experience in a consulting firm, with exposure to investment processes, data management, or transformation programs
• Good understanding of investment data domains and data warehouse/ETL concepts
• Experience in CAPEX budget planning and tracking for data warehouse initiatives
• Ability to coordinate BAU activities through calendars, roadmaps, priorities and follow‑ups
• Proven track record in supporting or coordinating strategic, multi-stakeholder projects, preferably involving data, IT systems, or financial applications
• Advanced proficiency Excel/PowerPoint; familiarity with Jira, MS Project, Confluence
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
• Fluent in English; knowledge of any other languages is a plus
