This role ensures all linens, uniforms, and textile items are properly cleaned, maintained, and returned according to established schedules and quality standards (including PPEs when needed).Key ResponsibilitiesThe Laundry Associate sorts incoming laundry items by fabric type, color, and cleaning requirements to ensure proper processing procedures. Quality control is maintained through inspection of cleaned items for stains, damage, or wear that requires special attention or replacement.Inventory management forms a crucial part of the role: the associate maintains accurate records of items processed, turnaround times, and any issues encountered during the cleaning process according to local SOPs. They coordinate with department supervisors to ensure timely pickup and delivery of laundry items according to established schedules.The position requires adherence to health and safety regulations, GMP requirements, and maintenance of a clean and organized work environment.Required QualificationsCandidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous laundry or housekeeping experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail ensures quality standards are consistently met.The role requires reliable attendance and punctuality, as laundry operations often follow strict schedules to support other facility operations. Effective communication skills enable coordination with supervisors and other staff members.Working ConditionsSafety equipment and protocols are provided and must be followed consistently. The role typically operates during regular business hours but may occasionally require flexibility for special events, site visits, or high-volume periods.This position offers an opportunity to contribute to facility operations while developing skills in GMP laundry management in a pharmaceutical/controlled environment. La figura di Addetto/a Lavanderia è responsabile della gestione della raccolta, del trattamento e della distribuzione dei servizi di lavanderia all'interno della struttura in ambiente GMP. Questo ruolo garantisce che tutta la biancheria, le uniformi e i tessuti vengano puliti, mantenuti e restituiti correttamente secondo i programmi stabiliti e gli standard di qualità (inclusi i DPI quando necessario).Responsabilità PrincipaliL'Addetto/a Lavanderia ordina gli articoli di biancheria in arrivo per tipo di tessuto, colore e requisiti di pulizia per garantire procedure di trattamento appropriate. Il controllo della qualità viene mantenuto attraverso l'ispezione degli articoli puliti per macchie, danni o usura che richiedono attenzione speciale o sostituzione.La gestione dell'inventario costituisce una parte cruciale del ruolo: la persona mantiene registrazioni accurate degli articoli trattati, dei tempi di elaborazione e di eventuali problemi riscontrati durante il processo di pulizia secondo le SOP locali. Coordina con i supervisori di reparto per garantire ritiro e consegna tempestivi degli articoli di lavanderia secondo i programmi stabiliti.La posizione richiede l'aderenza alle normative di salute e sicurezza, ai requisiti GMP e il mantenimento di un ambiente di lavoro pulito e organizzato.Qualifiche RichiesteI candidati dovrebbero possedere un diploma di scuola superiore o equivalente, con esperienza precedente in lavanderia o pulizie preferita ma non richiesta.
