Responsibilities
- Assisting in the courses preparation processes with an efficient daily mise en place
- Responsible for cleaning of the workplaces in compliance with the sanitary and cleaning policies and regulations
- Supporting deliveries and restocking
- Synergical collaboration with the Chef de Partie and the Kitchen Apprentices guaranteeing that every course matches all the standards
- Proactivity, flexibility and openness to cooperate with the other cooking lines when necessary and required
- Punctuality, great attention to details, customer centricity, high team working skills
Requirements
- Hotel School diploma with high grade
- Minimum 3 years work experience preferably at a high-level Restaurant/Hotel in the same role
- Experience in working in à la carte, buffet and breakfast
- Italian and English confidence are mandatory. German language skills are also required (minimum B1)
- Customer centricity, high attention to details, problem solving, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility and team working skills are a must
- Legal right to work in Italy
