At dentsu we are looking for Senior Consumer Insight Consultant for our Merkle office in Milan, who will transform data into actionable insights.
You will be comfortable with a variety of research techniques and be able to help clients to understand market opportunities, consumer trends and purchase journey in order to take actionable decisions and build effective insight-led campaigns and messaging. A great opportunity to work in a very dynamic and heterogeneous team, connected with all the specialists of the dentsu family.

Job Description:

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Leveraging on quantitative and qualitative research capabilities, to manage research projects from the brief to the final delivery to the client

  • Extracting high quality insights and being able to effectively turn them into a storytelling report

  • Unlock the power of data delivering significant improvements in growth, efficiency, and effectiveness for our clients

  • Support the Team in all project delivery phases to meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree in Communication / Economics or relevant studies

  • Good knowledge of English

  • Good knowledge of Excel, Power Point

  • Accuracy, precision, attention to details

  • Storytelling skills

  • Data analysis skills

  • Able to work in team

  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously

  • Open-minded and lateral thinking

  • Proactivity and curiosity

  • Positive attitude
