Cosa cerchiamo in te:

Pregressa esperienza in ruolo simile;

Leadership, attitudine al coordinamento e gestione del personale;

Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese e preferibilmente di una seconda lingua;

Capacità di problem solving e gestione dello stress;

Passione per il mondo dell'ospitalità e attenzione al dettaglio;

Disponibilità a turni front office;

Concretezza operativa, flessibilità e ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.

Ti occuperai di:

Gestione del Front Office: supervisionerai l'attività quotidiana della reception, garantendo un'accoglienza impeccabile e il corretto svolgimento di check-in, check-out e richieste speciali degli ospiti;

Formazione e sviluppo dello staff: seguirai personalmente l'inserimento e la crescita dei membri del team, assicurando efficienza, professionalità e motivazione;

Gestione dei reclami e problem solving: sarai il punto di riferimento per ogni esigenza degli ospiti, risolvendo in modo rapido ed efficace eventuali criticità;

Coordinamento interdipartimentale: lavorerai a stretto contatto con housekeeping, manutenzione, sala colazioni e altri reparti per garantire la sinergia e la fluidità dei processi operativi;

Supporto all'opening: contribuirai attivamente alla pianificazione e all'organizzazione dell'apertura di Palazzo Marigliano, collaborando con il management per definire procedure, standard e best practice;

Miglioramento continuo: monitorerai le performance del front office, proporrai soluzioni innovative e suggerirai strategie per ottimizzare i servizi offerti agli ospiti.
