Role Overview
This internship offers hands-on experience in Finance, supporting the Group FP&A Support Functions team in activities related to cost analysis, efficiency initiatives, and productivity improvement projects.

The intern will help monitor overhead costs, perform variance analysis, and contribute to process optimization efforts, working closely with Group FP&A and cross-functional stakeholders.

Education & Experience
The candidate has completed at least an undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance, or Engineering, with graduate studies preferred.

The candidate has demonstrated interest in Finance through academic coursework, university projects, case studies, or student initiatives.

A first work experience—such as a summer internship or a 3–6 month placement—in Finance, FP&A, or data analysis is strongly preferred.

Functional & Technical Skills

• The candidate has a solid foundational understanding of financial principles, including variance analysis, P&L structure, Cash Flow, Opex and Capex, and related concepts, with exposure to data analysis and reporting activities.
• The candidate is proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and is comfortable working with additional data tools and financial systems; basic ERP knowledge and familiarity with Power Pivot and Power Query are strongly preferred.
• The candidate demonstrates strong learning agility, with the ability to quickly adopt new tools, adapt to different systems, and apply theoretical knowledge in practical, real-world situations.

• The candidate collaborates effectively within a team, communicates clearly with stakeholders, and demonstrates reliability by meeting deadlines and taking ownership of assigned tasks.
