Role description:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our
Demand Planning & Pricing
team. In this role, you will contribute to accurate sales forecasting, ensure product availability, and support strategic pricing decisions. The position offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration and analytical processes that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Planning

  • Analyze sales forecasts for key product segments, ensuring alignment with market trends and historical performance (sell-in and sell-out data).
  • Identify risks and opportunities within demand plans to anticipate potential gaps or growth areas.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and propose corrective actions or process improvements to enhance reliability.

Availability Management

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and local markets to prepare monthly prioritization and product allocation, ensuring optimal stock distribution and availability.

Sales Forecasting

  • Work closely with regional and local teams to understand drivers behind sales fluctuations and integrate insights into forecasting models.
  • Support Marketing in managing monthly updates and budget planning, ensuring forecasts reflect promotional activities and market dynamics.

Pricing

  • Prepare and analyze pricing reports, identifying trends and evaluating the effectiveness of discount schemes.
  • Assist in profitability assessments for new business opportunities, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Completed or currently pursuing a
    Master's degree
    in Economics, Management, Management Engineering, Data Analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in
    MS Office
    , particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Highly motivated, independent, proactive, open-minded, and with a positive attitude.
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
