What you'll do:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive intern to join our Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team at Flutter SEA.
You'll have the opportunity to support reporting, presentations, and day-to-day HR operations, combining data, creativity, and process thinking in an international environment. If you're passionate about HR, Excel, and PowerPoint — and love bringing energy and fresh ideas — this is the perfect place to start.
Key Task:
Talent Acquisition Operations & Reporting
- Support the daily coordination of recruitment activities across multiple brands and countries (Sisal, Snaitech, PokerStars, etc.).
- Update dashboards and reports to track important metrics related to hiring (such as Time-to-Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate, Candidate NPS, etc.).
- Develop clear, visual PowerPoint presentations for meetings with internal customers and leadership.
- Maintain and improve data accuracy and consistency across recruitment tools and trackers (Workday, Excel, Power BI).
- Support job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication when needed.
Employer Branding & Communications
- Contribute to employer branding campaigns by preparing reports, visuals, and engagement summaries.
- Help build content and decks for LinkedIn, career sites, and internal channels (SharePoint, Slack).
- Support the coordination of events and initiatives such as career fairs, internal mobility programs, or employee stories.
Projects & Process Optimization
- Collaborate on projects aimed at improving recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
- Support the collection, analysis, and presentation of HR insights for governance and reporting purposes.
- Participate in HR transformation initiatives (e.g., Workday implementation, metrics harmonization, DE&I reporting).
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree (or final-year student) in HR, Business, Economics, Marketing, or Communication.
- A genuine passion for Human Resources and curiosity about recruitment, employer branding, and people analytics.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills — you know how to visualize data and tell a clear story.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Analytical mindset combined with creativity and attention to detail.
- A proactive, hands-on, and positive attitude — someone who takes initiative and enjoys learning by doing.
