Your Responsibilities:

• Drive architectural vision: Define and maintain the regional enterprise architecture roadmap that aligns with our business strategy and group IT priorities
• Lead governance: Chair the Architecture Review Board, establishing principles that enable business agility while ensuring technical coherence
• Enable transformation: Partner with program leads on major initiatives including platform modernization, AI acceleration, and mainframe exit
• Bridge worlds: Connect Group Enterprise Architecture with regional business/IT leadership
• Cultivate innovation: Identify emerging technologies (particularly AI, automation, and data solutions) that can create competitive advantage
• Build capability: Develop a strong regional architecture community through mentoring and knowledge sharing

Your Profile?

You're a strategic technology leader with a proven track record of guiding enterprise architecture in complex, regulated environments. With at least 10 years in IT architecture (5+ at senior level), you've successfully led multi-country or multi-line transformation initiatives. Your technical expertise spans architecture frameworks like TOGAF and modern practices including cloud-native design and API strategies. You excel at translating complex concepts into business value and possess outstanding stakeholder management skills—influencing C-level executives while guiding technical specialists. You're both visionary and pragmatic, balancing future-state architecture with practical implementation steps. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to build bridges across technical and business domains. Fluency in English is essential, with additional regional languages being advantageous.
