Role Description

As a CrEd Franchisee, you will lead your own branch while remaining part of our growing international network. The Franchisee will oversee daily operations, promote creative educational programs, and build local community partnerships. Responsibilities include marketing CrEd initiatives, managing program logistics, and maintaining quality standards. The Franchisee will also engage directly with educators, learners, and organisations to ensure seamless delivery of creative and educational solutions. A commitment to fostering innovation and collaboration is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in education, programme management, or franchise operations

• Skills in marketing, sales, or business development

• Confident communication and relationship building

• Ability to run operations remotely without letting standards slip

• A genuine passion for education and creative learning

• Experience in drama, performance, or public speaking is a welcome advantage

• Comfortable with digital tools for collaboration and organisation
