Digital Specialist

Digital Specialist
to lead the integration of cutting-edge technologies, particularly Microsoft Copilot and Salesforce, into our commercial and operational processes.

In this role, you will be based at our office in Agrate Brianza , and you will work closely with the Integrated Business Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to implement impactful digital solutions. You will also oversee local IT infrastructure in coordination with Corporate IT, manage corporate devices, and drive process digitalization to enhance productivity and collaboration.

You will also oversee local IT infrastructure in coordination with Corporate IT, manage corporate devices, and lead process digitalization initiatives to enhance productivity and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the adoption and integration of Microsoft Copilot AI to support project management, automation, and productivity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing teams and Tender Office, to implement AI tools that enhance data analysis and decision-making.
• Collaborated with the IT team at headquarters to enhance Salesforce functionality, ensuring alignment with evolving business requirements and corporate standards
• Coordinate with Corporate IT to ensure secure and consistent infrastructure (servers, cloud, backup, security).
• Manage corporate devices (PCs, phones, tablets), including setup, maintenance, and user support.
• Oversee IT vendor relationships, contracts, SLAs, and technology upgrades.
• Promote digitalization and the use of collaborative tools across the organization.
• Support change management and user training on new technologies and digital tools.

Suggested Candidate Profile
Skills
Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are, however, likely to succeed in this position if you have:

• Advanced experience with Salesforce
• Proven skills in Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform (Power BI, Automate, Apps)
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (e.g Windows Server, Linux, VMware/Hyper-V, Cloud)
• Excellent communication, digitalization mindset, and cross-functional collaboration
• Project management skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Good command of Spanish

Nice-to-have

• Experience with Infor M3 or other ERP systems
• Proficiency in collaboration tools (Teams)
• Relevant IT certifications (Microsoft, Salesforce)
• Knowledge of Power BI
• Experience managing IT vendors and contracts

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in similar roles
