As a Product Designer at Qonto, you will:

• Lead the end-to-end design for new features, from discovery to delivery, within your cross-functional team.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into compelling design solutions.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers, ensuring designs meet both technical and business requirements.
• Advocate for design best practices and contribute to the evolution of our product
• Participate in design critiques and workshops, fostering a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.

Julien joined Qonto with over a decade of experience designing products across finance, technology, and healthcare industries. His career has been defined by a commitment to design, craft, and deliver great products. As Head of Product Design at Qonto, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's design strategy and building a high-performing, talented team.

His leadership style focuses on:

• Proven experience in product design within tech companies or innovative startups/scale-ups.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in system design, visual design, and user research.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a history of working effectively within cross-functional teams.
• A passion for solving complex problems and a relentless focus on the user experience.
• A growth mindset, eager to learn, share, and improve.
