Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Business Administrative Assistant. The applicant should be a resident in Europe. The role involves daily administrative duties, managing communications, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and providing executive administrative assistance. The successful candidate will ensure smooth operations by handling clerical tasks, demonstrating effective phone etiquette, and supporting leadership with administrative support.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to organize and manage day-to-day tasks efficiently.
- Effective Communication and exemplary Phone Etiquette to professionally engage with clients and team members.
- Proficient in Clerical Skills, including documentation, scheduling, and maintaining records.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with digital tools for remote work and administrative tasks is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a similar role or supportive capacity is preferred.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English
