Il nostro cliente è un'azienda di rilievo internazionale del settore dei Building Services per la sede di Roma (zona Garbatella),selezioniamo la seguente figura:
POSIZIONE
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT ? L. 68/99
La risorsa si occuperà della gestione amministrativa e segretariale dell'ufficio di Roma con riporto diretto all'HR Manager.
Nel dettaglio, ricoprirà le seguenti mansioni:
- Attività di accoglienza e front office.
- Supporto alla funzione HR nelle attività di onboarding.
- Preparazione e gestione dei welcome kit per i nuovi assunti.
- Gestione, riordino e approvvigionamento della cancelleria.
- Organizzazione delle visite mediche.
- Svolgimento di attività segretariali e amministrative di supporto.
REQUISITI
Desideriamo entrare in contatto con candidat? che siano in possesso di un'esperienza minima di un anno in ruoli analoghi maturata in contesti aziendali strutturati.
Richiesto un titolo di studio in materie umanistiche e/o scientifica.
Si ricerca una figura con ottime capacità organizzative e comunicative, è richiesta la conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B1).
ALTRE INFORMAZIONI
offre Inserimento diretto in azienda a tempo indeterminato full-time/part-time, inquadramento da valutare in base alla seniority.
Sede di lavoro: Roma, zona Garbatella.
Orario di lavoro: full time 9-18 /part time (orario da definire).
Si prevede una prima settimana di affiancamento presso gli uffici aziendali direzionali situati a Milano.
