è una società di relazioni internazionali che sviluppa progetti di connessione tra aziende italiane e partner esteri, promuovendo iniziative di diplomazia economica e grandi eventi istituzionali.

Stiamo cercando una figura junior che supporti il team in attività operative e relazionali, con compiti che spaziano dal contatto con aziende e istituzioni alla gestione dei progetti in partenza.

Attività principali

  • Gestione di email, chiamate e follow-up per l'onboarding di nuovi contatti;
  • Attività di ricerca e qualificazione di lead commerciali su indicazione del team;
  • Monitoraggio di bandi e opportunità su portali regionali, nazionali ed europei;
  • Supporto nella gestione di progetti ed eventi internazionali (segreteria operativa, logistica, agende, follow-up);
  • Mantenimento dei contatti con aziende, istituzioni e stakeholder;
  • Utilizzo di banche dati e CRM per aggiornare e ordinare le informazioni.

Requisiti

  • Italiano e inglese fluenti; gradita la conoscenza di una terza lingua;
  • Buone doti comunicative e relazionali;
  • Attitudine organizzativa, precisione e capacità di gestire più attività contemporaneamente;
  • Conoscenza base di strumenti digitali e CRM;
  • Interesse per le relazioni internazionali, la diplomazia economica e gli eventi.

Inquadramento e prospettive

La risorsa sarà inserita immediatamente con un contratto di
apprendistato o tempo determinato di almeno 12 mesi
, con la finalità di integrarla in maniera stabile nel team MWW già durante o al termine dei 12 mesi, in linea con la crescita dell'azienda e lo sviluppo dei progetti internazionali.
