CHI SIAMO

VisioNing è una startup deeptech che sviluppa 
tecnologie e sistemi modulari per il trattamento dei reflui agro-industriali
, trasformando uno scarto in una risorsa con processi a basso consumo energetico.

Siamo nati nel 2025 e in 12 mesi abbiamo portato la nostra tecnologia dai laboratori della Statale di Milano in campo con 5 pilot fra completati e in corso.

Nel 2026 abbiamo un obiettivo chiaro:

 
trovare use case di successo (ovvero: la tecnologia funziona + qualcuno la vuole acquistare), scalarli e vendere i primi impianti commerciali

COSA FARAI NEL CONCRETO

Sarai la testa d'angolo del futuro team prodotto e lavorerai 
hands-on
 su pilot e primi prodotti che combinano processi chimico-ambientali, componenti elettromeccaniche e logiche operative reali.

Più nel dettaglio ti occuperai di:

  • Supporto a 
    assemblaggio, installazione, avviamento e collaudo
     dei pilot
  • Gestione di 
    logistica e operatività
     (materiali, componenti, trasporti)
  • Coordinamento con:
  • team R&D
  • fornitori e collaboratori esterni
  • partner industriali per le fasi scale-up
  • Raccolta di 
    dati tecnici e operativi reali
     dal campo
  • Supporto alla creazione di:
  • procedure di installazione
  • manualistica operativa
  • checklist di test e collaudo
  • Supporto ai primi clienti nelle fasi iniziali di utilizzo

È un ruolo 
operativo e sul campo
: molto poca scrivania, molta presenza sui siti dei clienti.

  • Non è un ruolo solo da laboratorio
  • Non è un ruolo di solo project management
  • Non è un lavoro di sola redazione documentale

COME MISURIAMO IL SUCCESSO

  • Pilot installati e funzionanti
  • Velocità di installazione e avviamento
  • Riduzione dei problemi ricorrenti tra un pilot e l'altro
  • Qualità e usabilità della documentazione prodotta
  • Velocità di apprendimento del team dai test sul campo

PROFILO IDEALE

  • Background tecnico (ingegneria chimica, ambientale, industriale o simili)
  • 3–5 anni di esperienza pratica reale
     (impianti, field work, prototipi, operations)
  • A tuo agio tra officina, siti industriali, fornitori
  • Mentalità da problem solver e buona autonomia
  • Disponibilità a trasferte frequenti anche di più giorni
  • Italiano fluente, inglese tecnico
