Responsibilities
Manage, in outsourcing model, domestic and foreign corporate actions in all their aspects, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all operations.The role aims to deliver exceptional service to clients by overseeing processes such as collect all information concerning corporate events, from sending the circular in outsourcing service to processing the events in CAD 2.0 system and manage the events in client's account.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Collection of Custodians information and study phase of the event.
- Preparation of a detailed information for clients.
- Process the events in our IT system to inform the beneficial holders about the details of the events and manage the proceed in the Clients' account.
- Support Client's requests and complains, providing solutions and answers
Required

Studies & experience:
- Bachelor's degree Economics
Language skills:
- Italian: C2
- English: B2
