Senior AI Fullstack Software Engineer

In this role, you will design, build, and optimize modern, scalable software systems that leverage AI-driven workflows to deliver impactful solutions. You will work across the full stack, focusing primarily on backend development while contributing to intuitive and responsive front-end interfaces. Your work will harness AI-assisted coding tools and prompt engineering techniques to accelerate development, enhance code quality, and foster innovation. • Accountabilities
• Design, implement, and maintain backend systems and APIs using Python with async frameworks, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance.
• Build modern web interfaces with and React, integrating front-end components with backend services.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) and prompt engineering techniques to accelerate development and improve code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and design, to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize systems for concurrency, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native environments.
• Contribute to internal tools, automation workflows, and AI-powered enhancements to improve developer productivity.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and AI methodologies to continuously improve software and workflows.
• Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years in production-grade Python development (async preferred).
• Strong backend expertise with experience building APIs and services (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
• Familiarity with data modeling, SQL/NoSQL databases, and distributed systems.
• Front-end experience with React and , including component-based architecture and responsive design.
• Proficiency with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with AI coding assistants and prompt engineering to accelerate development and code quality.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to collaborate across teams.
• Product-oriented mindset with curiosity to learn new AI tools and emerging frameworks.
• Nice-to-have: experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, serverless architectures, queueing systems (Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka), or AI-driven internal tooling.
