Fullstack Engineer

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features. You will work remotely in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values autonomy, continuous learning, and proactive problem-solving. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to both frontend and backend systems using modern technologies while ensuring system reliability and performance. • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React, Python/Django, and GraphQL.
• Translate business requirements into reliable, efficient, and scalable product features.
• Collaborate with product, customer support, and other cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues.
• Debug and resolve production issues to ensure application stability.
• Support AWS infrastructure and deployment pipelines to maintain system reliability.
• Participate in asynchronous development workflows, including code reviews and pull requests.
• Continuously improve code quality, performance, and development best practices.

• 6+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer.
• Strong full-stack expertise with React (frontend), Python/Django (backend), and working knowledge of GraphQL.
• Exposure to DevOps concepts, including AWS systems, debugging environment issues, and deployment pipelines.
• Strong debugging skills for diagnosing and resolving production issues.
• Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate with international clients.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous learning.
