Position Purpose: Develop and implement digital communications and strategy, and execution plans, for content of intranet, external websites and social media presence.

  • Manage technical issues with the platform, build automated journeys.
  • Evaluate and prepare competitive intelligence trends and analysis reports
  • Assist in development of content strategy and comprehensive guidelines
  • Manage user experience and usability compliance
  • Research new digital opportunities and enhancements and recommend updates
  • Lead the creation and implementation of web and social media initiatives
  • Oversee website redesign, mobile optimization, and mobile application development

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Information Systems, related field or equivalent experience. 6+ combined years of web, interactive or digital communication experience. Working knowledge of social media, HTML, Photoshop, and user metrics. Experience with interactive design and usability experience. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff. Experience with Salesforce or similar automation platform preferred.

Pay Range: $86, $154,700.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.  Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
