Job Title: Sales Executive Sustainably Designed Merchandise & Packaging (Italy Market)
Salary: 29,000 (£25,000 equivalent) + Commission (OTE up to 45,00050,000)
Location: Milan (with monthly travel to London HQ)

Were looking for a creative and commercially minded Sales Executive, fluent in Italian, to represent a leading sustainable design and manufacturing company within the Italian market. Based in Milan, you'll join a brand with a strong presence in the UK and growing demand across Europe. With monthly travel to the London headquarters for collaboration and training, this is a fantastic chance to blend your creative industry know-how with consultative sales in a business that's driving positive impact through design.

About the Role

This Milan-based role focuses on developing and maintaining client relationships across Italy. You'll be promoting bespoke, ethically produced products ranging from reusable retail packaging and beauty accessories to fashion and event merchandise designed in collaboration with global clients.

You'll work remotely day-to-day, with frequent client-facing activity in Milan and beyond, supported by monthly trips to London HQ where you'll align with the wider design, production, and sales teams. You'll also take part in industry events, presentations, and strategic planning sessions bringing your sales skills and creative flair to the table.

Their London HQ is a collaborative hub where creative, commercial, and technical teams unite offering the successful candidate monthly access to training, strategy sessions, and inspiration at the heart of the business.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, local Italian hours
Remote role based in Milan
Travel to London HQ once a month for training and collaboration
Travel across Italy for client meetings as required

Key Duties
  • Build strong relationships with fashion, retail, beauty, and lifestyle brands across Italy
  • Drive new business growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities within the Italian market
  • Deliver creative sales pitches and product presentations tailored to client needs
  • Liaise with the London-based design, manufacturing, and logistics teams
  • Support with account management, critical path development, and project delivery
  • Contribute to budget planning and financial performance monitoring
  • Stay informed about industry trends in sustainability, packaging, and design
Key Requirements
  • Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
  • Background in fashion, textiles, product design, or creative sales
  • Currently working in or connected to the creative industries (fashion, design, lifestyle, luxury retail)
  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in a client-facing role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills
  • Ability to travel both within Italy and to London monthly
  • Proficiency in a second European language is a bonus (French, Spanish, German, etc.)
