Who We're Looking For

We are currently looking for a
Business Analyst Intern
to join the
Kappa team
at our headquarters in
Turin
.

The intern will support the marketing department with data-driven insights, reporting, and analysis to improve campaign effectiveness, optimize ROI, and guide strategic decision-making.

Key Responsabilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze marketing and sales data from multiple sources;
  • Build dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and marketing performance;
  • Provide actionable insights to improve campaign ROI, customer engagement, and sales growth;
  • Support customer segmentation and targeting through data analysis;
  • Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and commercial teams to align on reporting needs;
  • Partner with external agencies and platforms to ensure accurate data sharing and reporting;
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data processes

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field;
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g. Google Analytics, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing) is a plus;
  • Proficiency in Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau);
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics, digital performance metrics, and CRM/e-commerce platforms;
  • Excellent communication skills to present insights to non-technical stakeholders;
  • Strong organizational and project management skills;
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.

Placement in an extracurricular internship.
