Shape the future of trading technology with LSEG.

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Sales – EMEA, Trading Workspace to lead our commercial efforts across the region. This is a pivotal leadership role within our Data & Analytics division, responsible for driving growth, retention, and market share for our flagship Trading Workspace platform — a critical solution for traders, portfolio managers, and financial professionals.

ROLE SUMMARY:

  • You will lead a high-performing sales organization, forge deep client partnerships, and collaborate across functions to position Trading Workspace as the essential platform for trading and investment excellence in EMEA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Lead, inspire, and grow a world-class regional sales team across EMEA.
  • Deliver the gross sales and outright trading workflow sales plan.
  • Champion account planning discipline and ensure consistent execution.
  • Drive revenue growth through targeted campaigns, upsell/cross-sell strategies, and competitive displacement.
  • Align product and account strategy to leverage roadmap deliveries and maximize client value.
  • Improve renewal velocity through proactive planning and resource allocation.
  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with C-suite executives and trading leaders across sell-side and buy-side institutions.
  • Represent LSEG as a thought leader in trading workflows and financial technology.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement, BDR, Product, and Marketing to activate campaigns and optimize lead conversion.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Enablement for TAM analysis, target allocation, and pipeline accuracy.
  • Work closely with Account Management, Customer Success, and Product to ensure end-to-end sales cycle success.
  • Navigate complex market structures and regulatory environments (e.g., MiFID II, best execution).
  • Drive innovation and digital transformation across trading workflows in Northern Europe, Continental Europe, CEEMA, and GSA/KSA.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Proven track record in leading regional/multi-market enterprise sales teams in financial markets.
  • Deep expertise in trading workflows across asset classes (Equities, FI, FX, Derivatives, Commodities & Energy).
  • Strong business acumen and commercial insight into trading technology trends.
  • Strategic operator with experience in coaching, performance management, and go-to-market planning.
  • Exceptional communicator and influencer across levels and functions.
  • Comfortable navigating complexity in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
