We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. Our team is responsible for the assembly of high-quality and innovative products.

As Site Operations Productivity Leader, you will be leading the global organization effort on execution excellence, cost and efficiency. You will therefore partner with the Operations team in the Regions to gather info, define ideas and work with the entire GTS team to prioritize implementation, evaluate the outcomes and the possible future improvements to maximize the return of the investments.

As a Field Services Productivity Leader you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing the GTS outage portfolio by contract and execution model
• Analyzing the GTS Resident Engineers service portfolio by contract and execution model
• Partnering with Operations, P&T, and DT teams to scout ideas and drive their development into actionable, measurable initiatives
• Partnering with regions to cultivate innovation ideas, valuing bottom‑up contributions to the execution‑excellence culture
• Developing business cases for identified initiatives, working with Regions and Finance to prioritize and drive application to improve customer experience and maximize BH advantage
• Developing the KPI panel and operating rhythm for Resident Engineers cost management
• Leading the operating rhythm with Regional Operations on the cost KPI dashboard to maintain strong focus on cost management and project optimization
• Implementing Earned Value methodology on critical outages to drive cost performance and strengthen project‑management culture across the SM population
• Demonstrating passion for innovating and disrupting, challenging the status quo to identify and generate data and operational KPIs that unlock full productivity potential
• Partnering with multiple Functions to maximize results and ensure BH fulfills contractual obligations while driving efficiency and productivity
• Periodically updating senior leadership

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics
• Strong data gathering and process-oriented attitude.
• Financial focused, with ability to leverage HSE and Quality as a driver to achieve Operational Targets
• Have wide business acumen to properly collaborate with all the teams and functions involved in your daily activities
• Be a self-starter, with clear entrepreneurial attitude.
• Have strong leadership skills and team player that is able to work in a matrixed, remote organization
• Being an excellent motivator and communicator
• Good communication skill sustained by a fluent in English
• Effective problem identification and solution skills.
