​At Picciolo Etna Golf Resort & Spa by Curio Collection by Hilton,

We are seeking a Welcome Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will ensure a warm welcome and impeccable logistical service within one of Sicily's most prestigious settings.

Key Responsibilities:​

  • Managing guest arrivals and departures to ensure a smooth, high-level experience.
  • Performing Valet Service and providing dedicated luggage assistance.
  • Sorting and handling luggage for arriving and departing groups.

Requirements:​

  • Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of a second foreign language will be highly valued as a distinctive asset.
  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position is a strong competitive advantage.
  • ​Experience in 5-star properties or within the Hilton brand is considered a significant plus.

Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Welcome Agent che sia il primo punto di contatto per i nostri ospiti, garantendo un'accoglienza calorosa e un servizio logistico impeccabile in una delle cornici più prestigiose della Sicilia.

Responsabilità principali:

  • ​Gestione degli arrivi e delle partenze per garantire un'esperienza fluida e di alto livello.
  • Esecuzione del Valet Service e assistenza dedicata con i bagagli.
  • Organizzazione e smistamento dei bagagli per i gruppi in arrivo e in partenza.

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese. La conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera sarà considerata un elemento fortemente distintivo.
  • Un'esperienza pregressa in hotel in una posizione simile costituirà un elemento fortemente distintivo.
  • ​Sarà considerato un valore aggiunto l'aver lavorato in strutture 5 stelle o presso Hilton.
