Supply Chain Specialist.

MISSION

Support the Supply Chain Department on the Organization of Logistics flow and Stock Management.

TASK & ACTIVITIES

  • Control of incoming orders and management of deliveries directly with suppliers and subcontractors, through verification of withdrawal and delivery of goods;
  • Manage national and international shipments for the group companies (ex-EU & EU) with a strong focus on customs documentation, ensuring compliance with international regulations;
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and transport providers to ensure smooth and accurate logistics operations;
  • Support in the after-sales activities and management of materials from customers and suppliers in cases of non-compliance;
  • Prepare logistics reports and KPIs, cost tracking included;
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets;
  • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements;
  • Update via terminal of the warehouse status based on the received supplies and the processed orders;
  • Quality control of incoming and outgoing products;
  • Management and optimization of warehouse spaces in accordance with the provided guidelines;
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency;
  • Support physical inventory processes and stock reconciliation activities;
  • Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics performance and process efficiency;
  • Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or Economy;
  • At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain & Logistics;
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
  • Keen to use Business Intelligence tools;
  • Knowledge in SAP preferable;
  • Excellence in written and spoken English;
  • Problem solver: you effectively synthesize information and resolve issues by using logic and common sense;
  • Analytical mind: you are comfortable with numbers;
  • Resilience: you don't give up and always look for possible solutions with sense of urgency under pressure situations;
  • Teamwork: you care for others and enjoy working in team;
  • Communication: ability to adapt communication style to different stakeholders.
