European Sales & Marketing Director Food Ingredients

Location: Northern Italy onsite

This is a Business 2 Business job, please apply only if you have experience in Flavours, Colours, Extracts, dried Fruit and Vegetables and other value added Food Ingredients

Role: The Director of Sales & Marketing develops and directs all sales, marketing and business developmentactivities in Europe

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Developing a sales and marketing plan to achieve set growth targets.

· Developing and managing an effective sales and distributor team

Tasks

Qualifications and experience:

· Successful track record of building and growing sales and profitability in a food ingredient business (e.g.

Flavours, Colours, Extracts, Powders)

· closing sales and satisfying customers at senior levels including Directors, VPs and owners / executives

· Highly self-motivated; able to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment.

· Strong fit with the Company's culture and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction

Requirements

Qualifications and experience:

· Bachelor or Master's degree with a preference for sciences or food technology / ingredients and/or MBA

· Fluent in English, Italian and other european languages are an asset

· Minimum 10 years' experience in a B2B sales environment within the food industry
