Teatringestazione, con sede a Napoli, è riconosciuta dal Ministero della Cultura come impresa di produzione di teatro di innovazione, attiva dal 2006. La compagnia opera a livello internazionale nel campo dello spettacolo dal vivo, integrando performance, installazioni e pratiche partecipative, con attenzione particolare alla relazione tra corpo, spazio e dimensione politica. Fondata da Gesualdi | Trono, artisti e curatori impegnati a perseguire una "cittadinanza poetica," l'azienda promuove ambienti performativi innovativi e progetti che esplorano il legame tra luoghi e comunità. Grazie al suo lavoro sperimentale e ai processi condivisi, Teatringestazione ha ottenuto numerosi premi e riconoscimenti nazionali e internazionali dal 2011 al 2024.

Descrizione del ruolo
Siamo alla ricerca di un/+ professionista con esperienza pluriennale nella cura della produzione e della distribuzione, da inserire stabilmente nel nostro organico. Cerchiamo un profilo senior, che voglia radicarsi in un progetto di teatro d'innovazione con base a Napoli e respiro internazionale.

Sede: Napoli (+ trasferte)

Inquadramento: Contratto a tempo pieno INDETERMINATO (39h/settimanali) dopo prova.

La ricerca NON è rivolta ad artistx o tirocinanti.

Di cosa ti occuperai? Dalla pianificazione produttiva alla strategia di vendita, dalla gestione dei budget alla redazione di bandi e relazioni istituzionali. Cerchiamo autonomia, ottima conoscenza dell'inglese e interesse per il teatro d'innovazione.

Qualifiche

  • Competenze nella pianificazione e organizzazione della produzione teatrale e nella gestione di progetti culturali complessi.
  • Esperienza nella distribuzione e promozione di spettacoli e produzioni artistiche, preferibilmente in contesti nazionali e internazionali.
  • Capacità di gestione del budget, pianificazione finanziaria e supervisione dell'uso delle risorse, con attenzione ai dettagli e alle scadenze.
  • Competenze comunicative, abilità negoziali e capacità di costruire relazioni solide e collaborative con partner, artisti e professionisti del settore.
  • Un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e di almeno un'altra lingua straniera. La conoscenza di strumenti digitali per la gestione di progetti sarà considerata un vantaggio.
