per il corner uomo presso Rinascente Duomo di Milano.

Come brand ambassador, il/la Sales Assistant svolgerà le seguenti mansioni:

VENDITA

  • Garantire un elevato livello di servizio al cliente andando oltre le aspettative del cliente e dimostrando un'eccellente conoscenza del prodotto, della storia e dei valori SANDRO

-Consigliare i clienti seguendo i trend del mondo della moda e gli sviluppi del mercato mid-luxury, mostrando passione per la moda

  • Accogliere e assistere una clientela esigente
  • Fidelizzare la clientela, fornendo una consulenza adeguata e personalizzata
  • Contribuire allo sviluppo dell'immagine del nostro brand fornendo un servizio unico e personalizzato
  • Aumentare il fatturato valorizzando i nostri prodotti
  • Raggiungere gli obiettivi personali e di negozio, tramite un'approfondita conoscenza della collezione e dei clienti

MERCHANDISING

  • Organizzare la superificie di vendita e i prodotti rispettando le guideline aziendali
  • Assicurare che gli standard visual siano market-leading
  • Realizzare il visual merchandising delle nostre collezioni in accordo con le guideline fornite dall'azienda e dallo Store Manager

OPERATIONS

  • Lavorare come parte di un team per assicurare un'ottima gestione dello store
  • Aiutare nella gestione dello stock e delle consegne

Qualifiche

  • Almeno 1 anno di esperienza come Sales Assistant nel settore pret-à-porter di alta gamma
  • Passione per la moda e buona conoscenza del settore e dei suoi trend
  • Elevato livello di servizio al cliente e senso degli affari
  • Standing curato e ottime doti comunicative e relazionali
  • Eccellenti capacità di teamworking e problem solving
  • Buona gestione dello stress, flessibilità e capacità di gestire più compiti contemporaneamente
  • Inglese fluente
