– a wearable tech startup that puts soccer analytics in the hands of millions of players (not just pros). We presented at CES 2026 in Las Vegas. The response? Orders rolling in. Investors interested. Partners calling. Our technical product is locked in. Our R&D team is firing on all cylinders. What we
need
is someone to own the operational side so we can actually
deliver
on this momentum.

Role Description

This is a
full-time
on-site role for a
Business Operations
professional. We're looking for you to be the backbone of our execution:

  • Manage customer onboarding & fulfillment of orders
  • Coordinate with the team internally and with suppliers to hit our sales targets
  • Own vendor relationships and supply chain
  • Keep internal + external comms flowing
  • Free (and work in close relation with) the CEO

Qualifications

  • Experience with hardware or e-commerce (you understand logistics complexity)
  • Knowledge or experience in operations
  • You want to build something, not manage processes
  • Comfortable with controlled chaos, you thrive when priorities shift
  • Proficient analytical skills to support decision-making
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with technology or sports analytics is a plus
  • Passion for football is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
