Company Description
Reveland is a creative studio at the intersection of art and technology, dedicated to crafting innovative campaigns and experiences. By handling the full creative process, Reveland helps brands connect meaningfully with their audiences.
We collaborate with global brands and startups, mainly across fashion, tech and B2B, often supporting projects that involve bringing products or services to market, defining how they are positioned, communicated and scaled.
We are a small, fast-moving team, closely involved in both creative and strategic decisions, with a strong focus on execution and real impact.
Role Description
This role is for a Business Development Specialist working closely with the founders to support the growth of the studio.
The position is hands-on and execution-driven. You will be involved in identifying opportunities, researching markets and niches, reaching out to potential clients, and supporting commercial conversations from first contact to proposal.
The role is goal- and KPI-oriented, with flexibility in how work is organized.
Work can be on-site in Milan, hybrid, or fully remote, depending on the profile and period.
Based on results and collaboration quality, we offer performance-based compensation models, including percentage-based deals on commercial agreements, increasing with the size and longevity of the contracts.
What You Will Do
- Research and analyse new markets, sectors and client opportunities
- Support lead generation activities (focused outbound, no mass outreach)
- Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email and research tools
- Prepare materials for commercial calls, proposals and follow-ups
- Support go-to-market strategies for client projects and internal initiatives
- Collaborate on internal product and side projects, from validation to launch
- Help identify and develop strategic partnerships
- You will gain direct exposure to how a creative studio actually grows, from opportunity to deal.
Qualifications
- Background or strong interest in business development, strategy or growth
- Interest in brands, design, startup, technology and products
- Analytical but pragmatic mindset, with a strong bias toward execution
- Comfortable reaching out, proposing ideas and engaging with potential clients
- Strong written communication skills in English (Italian is a plus)
- Ability to work autonomously in a flat, collaborative environment
- Strong sense of ownership and comfort with performance-based incentives
- Familiarity with CRM systems, research or outreach tools is a plus, not required
