Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Italian Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Italian-speaking clients. Your main objective will be to assist customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

- Act as the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat

- Provide accurate and efficient support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate team when necessary

- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes and procedures

- Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers

- Identify and report any trends or recurring issues to the management team

Requirements:

- Fluent in Italian (written and spoken)

- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

- Previous experience in a customer service or support role

- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Proactive and customer-oriented mindset

- Availability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays if needed
