is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activities in Italy. You will own the local marketing strategy and execution — from brand and performance marketing to affiliate management — ensuring strong growth and market presence across all channels. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the full marketing strategy for Italy, aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage brand campaigns, digital performance activities, and affiliate partnerships to drive acquisition and retention.
  • Work closely with the central marketing team to plan and implement initiatives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and efficient execution.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Oversee local marketing agencies and partners, ensuring quality delivery and accountability.
  • 3–4 years of marketing experience in the fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of both brand and performance marketing.
  • Experience managing affiliates and coordinating cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
