Role Description

We are seeking a full-time remote Marketing Manager in Italy to lead and execute our marketing strategies for both our Studio and our startups. Responsibilities include developing and managing marketing campaigns, utilizing data to optimize strategies, overseeing content creation, and conducting market research to align efforts with business goals. You will also collaborate across departments, manage marketing budgets, and evaluate campaign performance to drive growth and brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Digital Marketing, Market Research, and Data-Driven Strategy
  • Expertise in Content Marketing, Content Strategy, and Campaign Management
  • Proficiency in Social Media Management, SEO, and Email Marketing
  • Knowledge of Marketing Analytics, ROI Measurement, and Performance Optimization
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in AI-driven marketing or technology-focused businesses is a strong asset

Compensation

  • €40.000 – €55.000 gross annual salary
    , depending on experience and seniority
  • Performance-based
    annual bonus
    linked to clear growth KPIs
  • Possibility of
    equity or phantom shares
    in selected ventures for high performers

Contract

  • Full-time employment or long-term collaboration (P.IVA), depending on profile
