What You'll Do:
Independently manage the full sales cycle from initiation to close, assisting some of the fastest-growing companies in Europe to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering to ensure our platform aligns with client needs and continues to develop at the highest pace.
Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, addressing their pain points with tailored solutions.
Schedule and deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations to drive engagement and adoption.
Contribute to the refinement of our account acquisition and management strategies and processes, documenting best practices to scale effectively.
About you:
Minimum Qualifications:
Great English (our internal language) and proficiency in another European language.
You are available to start soon.
Have a proven track record of 1-3 years' experience in B2B sales, or comparable experience.
Show perseverance and the ability to adapt and overcome challenges while staying aligned with your goals.
Take clear responsibility for driving quota, hitting business targets, and putting the outcome of the company first.
Exhibit genuine openness to feedback. You are a team player.
Eligible to work in a European country.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):
You have experience with the Voice of Customer industry and CX platforms
You understand the dynamics of enterprise sales, its sales cycles, and stakeholder management. You sold B2B solutions that involved integrations and data, and/or modular software products.
You can combine sales capabilities with technical understanding.
