Chiomenti è primario Studio legale italiano a vocazione internazionale, con oltre 480 professionisti attivi nell'ambito dell'M&A, operazioni straordinarie anche cross-border, e molteplici materie specialistiche.

Siamo alla ricerca un/una Alumni Relations Specialist che si occuperà di supportare lo sviluppo e il coordinamento del progetto Chiomenti Alumni.

L'incarico sarà svolto in modalità freelance, nell'ambito di una collaborazione esterna regolata da contratto a partita IVA.

Responsabilità principali

  • Coordinare in allineamento costante con la PR Manager, il progetto Alumni assicurando una gestione strutturata, continuativa e coerente con le linee guida di studio;
  • Supportare l'evoluzione del programma Alumni attraverso il monitoraggio costante delle best practice del settore e dei benchmark di mercato;

  • Garantire coerenza con la brand identity dello studio e con le politiche di comunicazione, posizionamento e compliance;

  • Gestire le attività operative del programma, incluse: gestione piattaforma Alumni rif contenuti, comunicazioni, eventi e attività di engagement.

  • Coordinare le funzioni interne coinvolte, garantendo un flusso di lavoro efficace e condiviso;
  • Coordinare e garantire l'organizzazione di steering committee costanti;

  • Gestire fornitori esterni (agenzie, piattaforme digitali, partner per eventi, consulenti), incluse la definizione dei brief, il monitoraggio delle attività e la valutazione delle deliverables;

  • Supportare la definizione e la gestione del budget dedicato, monitorando costi, scadenze e performance;

  • Predisporre in coordinamento con le funzioni reportistica periodica sulla base di KPI per misurare l'efficacia delle attività e suggerire eventuali ottimizzazioni precedentemente concordati con le funzioni.

Requisiti:

  • Ottime capacità di project management (PMO), gestione di timeline, deliverables e stakeholder interni;
  • Esperienza nella gestione di budget complessi e nella relazione con fornitori;
  • Familiarità con strumenti CRM/Alumni management, piattaforme digitali e sistemi di gestione contenuti (CMS);
  • Capacità di analisi, reporting e monitoraggio KPI;
  • Ottime competenze di scrittura istituzionale e comunicazione.
