MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Automotive Technical Helpdesk Agent (Intern) to join our team in Rome.

The Role
As Part Of Our Team, You Will Manage Customer Inquiries, Communicate With Customers Using Different Platforms. Your Key Tasks Will Be

  • Provide diagnostic support
  • Analyze and understand technical issues and provide relevant recommendations
  • Offer explanations and insights on diagnostic procedures and the technical literature published by the Client
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and manage follow-ups

Qualifications
We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Automotive Technical Helpdesk Agent (Intern) has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar, as well as:

  • Computer literacy, especially MS Office
  • Fluent level of English
  • Previous experience in contact with customers is considered a huge plus
  • Great problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience of planning complex schedules of activities
