Bridgestone is looking for a Technical Service Coordinator for its Roma Plant, responsible for the industrialization of new products, optimization of manufacturing processes, and supporting plant management in tire/process technical features. This role is key to ensuring premium quality in tire production and leading the implementation of new technologies and digital methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate industrialization activities and continuous process improvement
- Supervise Technical Service operations
- Collaborate with QA, R&D, and Plant Staff to ensure quality and compliance
- Implement digital tools and data-driven methodologies
- Support certifications and periodic audits
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in tire manufacturing
- In-depth knowledge of PSR processes and design techniques
- Expertise in Project Management, ISO/TS 16949, problem solving, and stakeholder management
- Fluent in English
