Survitec, the global leader in survival technology, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Marine division in Genoa, Italy. As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage the full customer lifecycle. From quotations and order processing to after-sales support, ensuring an exceptional experience at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering advanced product and service information while resolving complex customer inquiries.
  • Processing quotations and orders (including customized requests) and coordinating delivery with internal teams.
  • Building strong customer relationships through proactive outbound communication.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer complaints and escalations.
  • Maintaining accurate customer data in our CRM system to support business growth.
  • Understanding customer needs, offering technical guidance, and collaborating with technical specialists for tailored solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends through training and development opportunities.
  • Performing additional duties as required by management.

About You – Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and customer service experience (marine industry experience is a plus).
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian (both spoken and written).
