InformazioniCome Juniorr Underwriter nella LOB Marine, lavorerai a stretto contatto con il Responsabile di Ramo, il team Marine, l'Ufficio Sinistri e la Riassicurazione, in un ambiente collaborativo e altamente interattivo e dinamico, per contribuire alla crescita ed allo sviluppo del Ramo in linea con gli obiettivi della Compagnia.
Aree di responsabilitàIn affiancamento al team di Senior Underwriters, verranno implementate ed accresciute le competenze necessarie all'analisi dei rischi e produzione dei documenti relativi ai diversi prodotti gestiti dalla LoB Marine, nello specifico polizze Corpi (H&M), flotte, imbarcazioni da diporto e cantieristica navale.
Lavoro con altre funzioni aziendali per partecipare all'impostazione di strategie utili al raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali (risultato operativo, utili, vlumi, cross-selling, ecc…).
Esperienze lavorativePreferibile esperienza pregressa nel settore assicurativo.
Requisiti tecnici- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Ottima conoscenza dei principali applicativi di Microsoft Office.
- Forte orientamento al lavoro in team.
- Forte orientamento al risultato.
- Approccio dinamico.
- Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.
- Spiccato Problem Solving.
