Why This Role Is Right for You

The selected candidate will join the Planning & Control team dedicated to the Digital Banking Solutions Business Unit (BU DBS) and will be responsible for managing financial planning and management control activities for one of the five areas that make up the BU DBS.

Within the Planning team, the role will act as the key business partner for the assigned BU DBS area, providing in-depth financial analysis and decision-making support to drive the growth and profitability of both the Area and the Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities

Planning and Budgeting:
Manage annual and multi-year financial planning activities for the assigned area, in line with the Group's strategic objectives.

Financial Analysis:
Prepare periodic budgets and forecasts; identify and explain variances between actual results and budgets/forecasts. Support the BU in the preparation of project business cases.

Management Control:
Carry out monthly management closings on the revenue side, ensure correct application of corporate rules and accounting principles, and monitor key service KPIs.

Decision Support:
Provide financial analyses and recommendations to support management decision-making processes.

Reporting:
Support the preparation of periodic financial reports for management, the Board of Directors, and investors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Essential Qualifications: 

Education:
Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, or scientific disciplines.

Experience:
2–3 years of experience in management consulting and/or in a Finance role, preferably in multinational companies or complex environments.

Technical Skills:
Knowledge of corporate finance and management control, with solid accounting fundamentals. Full proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI will be considered a plus.

Analytical Skills:
Ability to interpret complex data and provide detailed and accurate analyses.

Work Approach:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely summarize analytical results. Positive and proactive attitude toward colleagues, problem-solving, and process improvement.

Languages:
Italian and English.
