A new story is about to begin in Rome, and we are looking for a Concierge who wants to help write its first chapter.

This is not just another role - it's a rare opportunity to shape the Concierge service from day one. You'll be part of the opening team of a new luxury destination in the Eternal City, where every detail, every connection, and every gesture will define the essence of our hospitality.

As a true ambassador of the hotel, you will craft experiences that stay with our guests long after they leave - combining impeccable service, insider knowledge, and a genuine passion for the art of hospitality.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome guests with authenticity, elegance, and a warm Roman touch;
  • Build and curate a network of the city's most exclusive contacts — from Michelin-starred restaurants to hidden gems;
  • Handle special requests, transfers, reservations, and bespoke experiences with discretion and creativity;
  • Support Front Office operations when needed, ensuring seamless service across departments;
  • Help establish the procedures, standards, and philosophy of the Concierge desk during the pre-opening phase.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous Concierge experience in Rome is essential;
  • Deep knowledge of the city's culture, dining, and lifestyle scene;
  • Fluent in English and Italian (any other language is a plus);
  • Refined interpersonal skills and an eye for detail;
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset - and the desire to be part of something new and extraordinary.
